I made an order for some 7m needles... they sent me 17m needles by mistake... i was expecting to have a battle with customer service right.. . well i was wrong i sent joker an e-mail about what went wrong and they sent my needles the next day no questions asked... how awsome is that! The same thing happened to me with technical tattoo... it took them two months to get back to me just so they can tell me that " its not there fault and theres nothing they can do for me." so i said FU*K YOU i never got anything from them again. JOKER takes care of there customers and i will always buy from them.
