It's been awhile since I've ordered from Joker (due to college) but when I did John and his crew were moving to a new building and in the mix got my order all messed up. When I finally received it, I didn't get what I had ordered, I called John up and he apologized and NOT ONLY did he send my original order complimentary shipping but he even included some samples, he's an awesome guy...ORDER FROM THEM THERE"S NO ONE BETTER. P.S. His needles are top quality, I used to break needles or dull them within half an hour of working (soft tips or poor quality from other companies) but using Joker's I can get a few hours of work in with no worries!!
