We Ship Worldwide! To see your shipping cost, simply add your products into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be shown the shipping cost prior to processing your order.
SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON INK, NEEDLES, DVD's, BOOKS, APPAREL or ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN STERILIZED. ACCEPTANCE OF ANY RETURNS ON ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF JOKER TATTOO.
NOTE: For Upgraded Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select), please place your order by 3pm Pacific Time in order for us to have adequate time to prepare your order for shipment.
Joker Tattoo Supply may request further verification for first time customers with mismatched billing and shipping addresses.
We ship most of our products worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders can be calculated prior to checkout. Please note customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs, duties, brokerage fee, taxes, etc.). All International orders ship via UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service).
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue if the delivery address is not correct. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the delivery address and billing information after placing an order.
UPS Delivery Days:
Our UPS account delivers Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 p.m. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major Holidays.
Map indicates ground transit in business days using UPS. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Shipping with United States Postal Service:
United States Postal Service shipments do not offer insurance. Tracking services using USPS are not always available, depending on the package destination. If you choose to ship your products via USPS, you do so at your own risk. Joker Tattoo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to mishandling by the USPS.
Packages Do Not Ship from Our Warehouse on the Following Holidays:
New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas
For all other products, returns are easy once you've read the policy below. We will refund or exchange any merchandise (excluding closeouts and special orders) returned within 15 days, or will exchange any merchandise returned within 30 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. Please ship all items in a shipping box. Do not return items in manufacturer's packaging, as they will not be accepted. Returns- All items returned to Joker Tattoo must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To obtain a RMA number, please send us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org . Please include your name, the part number(s) and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once a return has been received, you will be notified by e-mail. Exchanges- All items returned to Joker Tattoo for an exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. To obtain a RMA number, please send us an e-mail to: email@example.com. Please include your name, the part number(s) and a description of the item(s) you wish to return. Returns without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package wil not be accepted. There is no extra fee for exchanges. Shipping fees will not be re-imbursed unless customer received incorrect items due to an error made by Joker Tattoo. In this case, Joker Tattoo will reimburse only standard ground shipping charges. Cancellations- A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to all orders upon cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled through e-mail. Please call toll free 1-800-860-0254 8am - 5pm PST, if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet shipped. Closeout Items- No refunds will be given on closeout items. These items are offered to customers at extremely low prices. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval by a Joker Tattoo customer representative. Warranty Exchanges- Please contact the product manufacturer for all warranty claims. All Claims are subject to the individual manufacturers policies and are not handled by Joker Tattoo. Warranty items should be shipped directly to the manufacturer and not to Joker Tattoo. Return Shipping Instructions- When sending items back to Joker Tattoo please obtain a tracking number from your shipper. Fill out the reverse side of the original packing slip included in your order. If it is unavailable, please indicate the order number, RMA number, e-mail address, phone number and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return or exchange on a seperate piece of paper. Please ship all items in a shipping box. Do not return items in manufacturer's packaging, as they will not be accepted. Please clearly write the RMA number on the shipping box. We ship WORLDWIDE! 98% of our orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours, not including weekends. The most common shipping method is UPS ground service. We do ship to Military FPO/APO's. Delivery can be expected in 3-11 business days of transit time after shipment for a total estimated delivery time of 4-14 days. Complete and updated address information ensures timely shipments! Many orders are received earlier than this estimate, depending on how far you are from our warehouse. If your order contains an item that is back-ordered, you will receive a prompt notification from our sales department to try and help you with any substitutions.
