I ordered a set of starbright ink. Upon finding out that they were out of half the colors I was a bit discouraged. Joker promptly replaced the colors with eternal and moms ink that matched the missing colors and had my shipment to me two days after. They kept me informed and were very prompt. I was quite impressed by their customer service.

Hey, I just wanted to drop by and say wow Joker Tattoo has been nothing but great to me. I have been order from Joker for about a month and a half now, and it has been awesome. The customer service has been great any questions I had customer service has been super nice and ready to answer any question I have ready to throw at them. My products whether it be machines, inks, needles, supplies have all been at a competetive cost in todays markets. All my shipments have always arrived pretty quickly without any hassle. Also It's always nice to see when you open your package to also find a $10 off card. Who doesn't like that?!
Anywho that's enough rambling. Joker tattoo has been amazing and I plan on doing business with them for awhile. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work!

I have two of the Joker Tattoo Machines and they both run well. The damascus steel bodies are very cool to look at. Set one up as a liner and the other a shader and you're good to go all day long, all day strong.

hey i really like this company they are the best great prizes shipping is really fast on ground shipping they send you discount coupons when you order stuff this is the best website to go when it comes to tattoo supplies. oh by the way they send u candy lol my daughter really loved that part
