Yesterday afternoon(Feb 15th), after a long night of work... I called Joker to let them know I had some trouble with some disposable 5 Round tubes, the tips not fitting my "5 tight" lining needles. Not a super big deal, but that they should know about it incase I'm not the only one calling in about them, cause I know... not everyone, can be as nice as me. Well, I am very glad that there are people nice as me! They work at Joker Tattoo Supply! Today, without my knowing I received a box of replacement tubes at no charge! Man, they really came through for me! This is the kinda old school service you don't come to expect anymore! This is now the second time they have stepped up and made me smile!
