Joker Tattoo Shipping & Return Policies.

We Ship Worldwide! To see your shipping cost, simply add your products into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be shown the shipping cost prior to processing your order.

Shipping Policy: Most of our orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of placing your order, not including weekends/holidays. We do ship to Military FPO/APO's. Delivery can be expected in 3-11 business days of transit time after shipment for a total estimated delivery time of 4-14 days. Joker Tattoo Supply uses Fedex and USPS as our primary carriers. United States Postal Service shipments do not offer insurance. Tracking services using USPS are not always available, depending on the package destination. If you choose to ship your products via USPS, you do so at your own risk. Joker Tattoo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to mishandling by the USPS.

Free Shipping Option:  We offer free ground shipping in the USA lower 48 continental states on orders under 12 lbs.  Some items do not qualify for free shipping.  Joker Tattoo Supply will choose your shipping carrier if your package qualifies for free shipping.  Please contact us via email if you have any questions regarding our free shipping offer.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available for most items in our store including Fedex 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air. Just add your items to your cart and enter your zip to calculate freight costs for all shipping options.NOTE: For Upgraded Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select), please place your order by 1pm Pacific Time in order for us to have adequate time to prepare your order for shipment. Also be sure your billing and shipping address match in order for Joker Tattoo Supply to expedite your upgraded order in a timely manner.

FEDEX Delivery Days:Our Fedex account delivers Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 p.m. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major Holidays.

Packages Do Not Ship from Our Warehouse on the Following Holidays:New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas

Map indicates ground transit in business days. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

International Shipments:
We ship most of our products worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders can be calculated prior to checkout. Please note customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs fees, duties, brokerage fee, taxes, etc.). All International orders ship via Fedex Int' or USPS (United States Postal Service)

Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused orders/packages. Any refused orders/packages by the customer or packages re-routed back to our warehouse from the carrier, due to undeliverable address will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If your package is refused by your countries customs department, we DO NOT refund the cost of shipping.

Address Correction:
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue if the delivery address is not correct. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the delivery address and billing information when placing an order.

Backorders: Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. You will be contacted within 1 business day regarding any backorder items. If you wish to wait for the item(s) to become available, we will hold your entire order and ship it complete. Partial orders will not be shipped without customer's approval. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on partial/backorder shipments.

Merchandise Inspection:
When you receive your merchandise, inspect it for any damages or shortages immediately. For shortages or damaged contents please contact our Customer Service Department via email. Refunds will not be issued for missing or damaged products after the 2nd business day of receipt of your merchandise. Joker Tattoo Supply does not cover shipping costs past 2 business days after the customer has received their order.

Please email with your order number for an authorized return request. Items can only be returned with a valid RMA number.

*We do not accept any return on ink, needles, needle cartridges, DVD's, books, paper, apparel or any product that has been sterilized. Acceptance of any returns will be at the discretion of Joker Tattoo Supply.

All other products (excluding closeouts and special orders) can be returned to Joker Tattoo Supply within 7 calendar days of receipt of merchandise for a refund. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

All items must be in new, un-used and re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. Items that have been tampered with also will not be refunded, nor authorized for return After the 7th day, refunds will not be issued after this timeframe and merchandise can only be exchanged (upon approval first). Customer is responsible for all/any return shipping charges.

Unauthorized returned packages without a RA number could get auto refused and returned back and any returned packages due to other circumstances such as moved with no forwarding address or incorrect or incomplete address will be charged a 20% restocking fee and any re-route return shipment fees deducted from any due refund.

Some items can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Any request for exchange must be approved first. All items must be in new, re-sellable condition and returned with the manufacturer's original packaging including tags and labels. Items that have been tampered with will not be covered with our 30 day warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges due to product exchanges. We must receive the item(s) first before we ship out your exchanged item(s).

Please include your authorized RMA number, name of the person who made the original purchase along with the reason for the return/exchange on a separate paper with the return package.

Manufacturer Warranty: Please contact the product manufacturer for all warranty claims. All Claims are subject to the individual manufacturers policies and are not handled by Joker Tattoo. Warranty items should be shipped directly to the manufacturer and not to Joker Tattoo.

Order Verification:
Joker Tattoo Supply may request further verification for first time customers with mismatched billing and shipping addresses. Before you purchase, confirm the billing address you entered is the same address associated with your financial institution. For security purpose, we reserve the right to decline your order or request further verification if it is not being shipped to your credit card's billing address.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet shipped/updated to shipped status. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, usually same day shipping. Once the checkout process is completed, our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and carefully pack your order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are back ordered. A backorder may be canceled any time prior to shipping (as long as it is not a Special Order item). Note: * Special Order Items which also include special order tattoo ink orders Cannot be canceled. For a special tattoo ink order fulfillment order, this type of order, depending on special circumstance, If Approved cancellation, which will be the discretion of Joker Tattoo Supply, will be subject to incur up to a 35-50% restock fee if approved for a cancellation.


C.O.D. Orders: First time C.O.D. orders with our company will be required to first mail in the Cashier's Check or Money Order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED) to our warehouse:

Please include your order number, phone number and email address with your Cashiers Check or Money Order. After we have received your Cashier's Check or Money Order and verified its authenticity, we will release your shipment.  After your first C.O.D. order has been executed, you will be authorized for standard C.O.D. shipments for future orders from Joker Tattoo Supply. Orders using C.O.D. must select FEDEX as the shipping carrier.  There is a $18 fee for using C.O.D. Special Order Items will not be shipped using C.O.D.
